About Me

My name is Kendra. I am a New York-based Freelance Photographer. I serve as a creator and editor of my work to bring my client's visions to light. My love for photography began when I found myself being the designated photo-taker for my friends. I always made sure they hit the right angles, the lighting was okay, and their pictures were the way they wanted. I also loved capturing the beautiful parts of nature and landscapes. When my passion for taking photos was noticed, I decided to take the art form of photography head-on.

I have lived in Brooklyn, New York all of my life. As a NY native, I have grown to love the ins and outs of the city, finding creative places to photograph. I pride myself on finding the perfect location for the type of photo session I will be doing. The setting is one of the aesthetically pleasing pieces of photography. Although I love NY, traveling is a beautiful experience. Being able to photograph different parts of the world has allowed me to open my mind to new ideas and practice my skills.

I am currently a graduate Mental Health Counseling major. My goal in the future is to not only create creative content through photography but also help those with mental disorders navigate their way through life. Creating a successful yet enjoyable future for myself has always been a goal of mine.
