What is your standard turnaround time?
Within 24-48 hours of your photoshoot a collection of proofed images will be sent to your online gallery. You will be able to go through your images and select your favorites and share them back. Your exact delivery date will be released after we’ve received your photo selection confirmation email. Our standard turnaround time is 7 business days. However, if you need your photos returned sooner we offer expedited delivery for 1-3 days.
How should I contact you?

Where can I use these photos?
Most of my clients utilize their branding photos for social media, website, and printed branding materials such as flyers and business cards with proper credit given. Please inquire regarding publishing, brand sponsorships, or paid ads as they require another fee and licensing.
May I also get headshots during my photo shoot?
During the personal branding session we will take headshots if needed. Before your photo session, I send a shot list with ideas to inspire you to think more about your business as a brand.
Do you offer professional hair and makeup for my photoshoot?
I work with some amazing beauty professionals here in Brooklyn, NY. Once booked, I can send a recommendation list and I strongly recommend professional makeup. Makeup makes a huge difference when it comes to photos.
Do I receive all of the photos from the shoot?

Un-edited images will not be delivered as final deliverables as this is not a true reflection of my complete and final body of work.

You will receive unedited proofs to choose from for favorite selection. Once proofs are chosen, you will receive the edited images.

If you’d like to get all of the photos from the shoot with no retouching, that will be available for purchase.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your shoot, please let us know at least 2 days before your session. Any cancelations with in 24 hours of the shoot will be charged the remaining balance. In the case that you need to reschedule your session, you have within two weeks to reschedule your session or deposit will be forfeited.
Where are the photos taken?
Choosing a location for your photo shoot is important because it will set the tone for your shoot and impact the look and feel of your photos. We give our clients the option to shoot in the studio or on location (outdoor). If you’d like your photoshoot to be held in the studio we will do the work of booking the for you at an additional cost.
What should I wear for the photoshoot?
Dress in a way that reflects your brand in photos. Consider your brand's style (edgy, educational, sporty) and choose outfits that align with its characteristics. Depending on the photo package selected, most of my small business owners select between 2-4 outfits.
